Privacy Policy

This covers the Survival+ store at https://survivalplusstore.craftingstore.net/ and the Survival+ Minecraft server, both operated by Connor Aherne.

What we collect.

• When you play: your Minecraft username and UUID, your IP address, and ordinary gameplay data such as playtime, locations, chat and command use. This is what any Minecraft server records in order to run and to moderate itself.
• When you buy: your Minecraft username, what you bought, when, and an order reference.
• When you visit the store: standard web data such as your IP address and browser, plus cookies needed for the shopping basket and checkout to work.

What we do not collect. We never see or store your payment card details, your PayPal password, or your Minecraft account password. Nobody from Survival+ will ever ask for any of them.

Who else is involved. The store runs on CraftingStore, which processes orders on our behalf. Payments are handled by PayPal and Stripe, who receive your payment details directly and are responsible for them under their own privacy policies. The server uses third-party plugins that store gameplay data locally on our own hardware. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we keep it. To deliver what you bought, to run and moderate the server, to investigate cheating and griefing, and to keep records of sales. Server logs and backups are kept while they are useful for moderation and recovery. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling.

Your choices. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected]. We will do it unless we need to keep something for a legal or accounting reason, and we will tell you if that is the case. Deleting your data means losing any rank attached to your account. If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you have additional statutory rights and this policy is not intended to reduce them.

Children. Survival+ is not aimed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes. If this policy changes meaningfully it will be announced in game. The date at the top shows the current version.
