These terms cover purchases made at https://survivalplusstore.craftingstore.net/ for the Minecraft server Survival+, operated by Connor Aherne. By buying anything here you agree to them. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before you buy.

Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Survival+ is a privately run Minecraft server. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft.

What you are buying. Every purchase is a non-transferable licence to use cosmetic and convenience features on the Survival+ server, tied to the Minecraft account named at checkout. You are not buying goods, property, or any ownership stake in the server. Ranks and their features exist only inside the game.

Delivery. Purchases are applied automatically, usually within a minute. You do not need to be online. If a purchase has not applied after an hour, email [email protected] with your username and the order reference, and we will fix it.

Features can change. Survival+ is actively developed. The perks attached to a rank may be added to, adjusted, or removed as the server changes, and the plugins these perks depend on are third-party software that can break or be replaced. We will not reduce a rank to nothing, and we will announce meaningful changes in game, but the exact list of commands and limits is not frozen.

Refunds. Purchases are delivered instantly and are generally not refundable once applied. If something went wrong, a purchase failed to deliver, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will make it right. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase; by buying a rank and asking for it to be delivered immediately, you consent to delivery starting right away and acknowledge that you lose that right once it has been delivered. Nothing here removes rights you have by law where you live.

Chargebacks. If you reverse a payment, the rank is removed automatically and your access to the store may end. If you think a charge was wrong, contact us first. We would rather refund you than argue with a bank.

Bans. Ranks do not exempt anyone from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking them, your rank is not refunded. If you are banned in error, tell us and we will sort it out.

If the server closes. We hope it does not, but a hobby server can end. If Survival+ shuts down permanently, purchases are not refunded. Buy a rank because you want to support the server now, not as an investment in it continuing.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
